Annie runs the organic fruit and veg stalls for Good & Green, an organic farm in Co Sligo, Produce is always as local and Irish as possible, with European imports taking up the slack during the Hungry Gap.
Flo is originally from France and from her house on the shores of Lough Key makes a range of jams, chutneys, infused oils, sweet and savoury bakes and gluten-free items. She uses much of her own homegrown fruit and veg for her products
Padraig and his wife Deirdre bake cakes, breads, fruit tarts and buns in their bakery in Athlone. Padraig is another old-timer who has been with us since the start, and these days Emma looks after his stall
Nicola runs our fish van, and comes to us each week from Killala, on the coast of Mayo. She sells a huge range of fresh fish, shellfish and seaweed, and often has wild caught fish.
Originally from California , Lisa now lives in Co Leitrim, where she has a herd of goats from which she makes the most delightful raw cheese. She also mixes organic cows milk with goat milk to make her own special ‘melange’.

Rainer is from Germany and has lived locally for many years. He sells a variety of raw honeys, speciality teas made from organic and wildcrafted herbs and his own stained glass crafts
Kate makes her own willow baskets and other willow creations of all shapes and sizes, together with her partner Mick, on their smallholding in Co Roscommon
Jenny from Erritt Nursery specialised in growing seasonal plants, vegetable plants, herbs, soft fruit, and bedding. Erritt Nursery promotes ethical growing without the use of artificial fertilisers, pesticides or air miles.
Maureen Kelleher McNally
Maureen has been with the market since the beginning, and comes to us from her organic farm in Leitrim where she keeps ducks and geese for their eggs. She also has a range of delicious irish fruit juices.
